What should I expect after my claim is filed?

  • Within 24 to 48 hours of filing your claim, you should be contacted by the company's adjuster.

Tips on a Homeowner's Claim

  • Make reasonable and necessary repairs to protect your home and property from further damage. Save receipts for what you spend and submit them to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
  • Make a detailed list and description of damage.
  • Burglary and theft claims must have a police report filed.

Tips on an Auto Claim
